Commission Prices

-> Prices shown includes shading, specify if you want shadows in commission request.
-> Prices include Simple props (cups, soft toys, accessories and mobility/disability aids) and abstract background.
-> Extra character is +50%
Complex backgrounds are a separate fee which will be agreed upon.
-> Complex character designs will add to the final price.
-> Edits past sketching phase incur edit fees.
-> I will charge you extra if you are rude, unpleasant to work with and/or uncooperative.

General

✦ Payment is done through PayPal or Revolut.
✦ Payment is done in EURO, and it is the client's responsibility to convert currencies.
✦ Prices are subject to change. If a price has changed since purchase, the client will pay the sum asked originally.
✦ Client must pay at least a quarter of the price before I can start.
✦ Refunds are allowed if a piece has not got past the sketching phase. Onward Rendering is only 40% refundable.
✦ I reserve my right to refuse commissions for any reason.
✦ Client may not commission characters they themselves do not have the permission to use.
✦ Payment Plans are allowed for any transaction over 100 Euros.
✦ If a Client would like a payment plan, they must pay 25% upfront post sketch. The client can then pay the rest in as many parts they need within the next months.
✦ If Client has a character with a complex design or provides inadequate references (i.e. Cobbled together collage and/or text description) additional fees will incur.
✦ Heavy edits/alterations post the sketching phase will incur additional fees.
✦ Overtly adult content will incur additional fees. Artistic nudity and suggestive (or lewd) subjects are exempt.

Publishing

✦ I reserve the right to publish the commission for self advertising, unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
✦ Client is allowed to use the commissioned work for any personal use such as profile pictures, banners and wallpapers.
✦ Client may print their commission so long as it is not for commercial means.
✦ If the client wishes to credit me, they may link one of my accounts or this website.

Commercial Use

✦ Clients looking to have work marketed for profit must reach out to me to purchase the Commercial Rights (at about 50% of the final price).
✦ Client may not use commissioned work, regardless if the commissioned piece is personal or for marketed use, for Non-Fungible Tokens.
✦ I, the artist, will never post my art as Non-Fungible Tokens. If my art is on any cryptocurrency website, it is stolen.
✦ Client may not use commissioned work, regardless if the commissioned piece is personal or for marketed use, for AI training and datasets.
✦ I, the artist, do not consent to having any of my work used for AI training and datasets.

Communication

✦ I, the artist, will keep the client updated on any progress made on commissions.
✦ I, the artist, will notify the client if their commission may experience substantial delays.
✦ Communication will be held via email correspondences.
✦ I will also be updating the public queues on Trello and on FurAffinity.

Designs and Adoptable Terms of Services

✦ I retain all rights to artworks created by me.
✦ Once an adoptable is bought/Custom design is made; the owner is in charge of the character's name, gender and can make light edits to the design if they please. The new owner may include them in their own creative work including stories, Adult/kink art, roleplay as them, use them as avatars and create tangible art such as fursuits.
✦ After the transaction, The Client is required to credit me as the design's creator.
✦ If you have a Toyhouse account and plan to post an adoptable or design made by me, You can link me in the adopt's/Custom's page as its creator.
✦ All sales are final. The design may be gifted, traded or resold.
✦ Price may only be increased from the original transaction amount if the design includes at least 1 additional piece of artwork/physical goods.
✦ Failure to adhere to these Terms of services will blacklist you from purchasing designs and adopts made by me and from me.
